"User" refers to any individual who registers for and uses the Service. "Content" refers to travel plans, bookmarks, and other data created or saved by Users on the Service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and may not transfer or share it with others.
4. Service Description
The Service is a web application that helps users create and manage travel plans. Features include bookmark saving via Chrome extension, drag-and-drop schedule management, and AI-powered itinerary suggestions.
5. Pricing
The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plan pricing is listed on the pricing page within the Service. We will notify users in advance of any pricing changes.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users may not: (1) violate any laws or regulations, (2) harass or harm other users, (3) interfere with the operation of the Service, (4) attempt unauthorized access, or (5) use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us. Copyright in Content created by Users belongs to the respective User, but we may use such Content to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. AI-generated itinerary suggestions are for reference only; final decisions are the User's responsibility. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Changes and Termination
We may modify or terminate the Service with prior notice. In case of termination, we will provide a period for users to export their data.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect upon posting on the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
